Hello all:
Here is the proposed agenda for tomorrow's HL7 Canada Call If you are interested in reviewing the HL7 Feb 2020 Ballot package, this meeting will let you know how to access and comment on any part of the ballot package. As well, we are overdue in holding elections for the HL7 Canada Council. Currently all of the 4 elected positions come up for renewal at the same time. Following the lead of HL7 Working Groups, I am recommending we renew 2 of these elected positions each year. This will help ensure continuity in terms of processes and valuable history on past ballots and engagement with the HL7 Canada community. While the community is not a governance body, I feel it is appropriate to ask the community for their feedback and consensus on making this change to the HL7 Canada Terms of Reference.
