Hello All,

We have received a request from HL7 International to confirm Canadian code systems URIs from the source of truth. This request was initiated by them as they had noticed during past FHIR Connectathon that implementers are using incorrect URIs for external code systems. They want us to confirm and provide them the correct URIs. We have reached out to many of you and thanks to all who have replied with the details.

Attached is the spreadsheet containing the list of Canadian code system URIs. You will notice that we still have some missing ones for which we haven’t received any response yet (please look at ‘comments’ column for more details in the spreadsheet). We want to reach out to the community to confirm whether you have any information regarding the missing ones or have any comments. Please let us know by EOD August 9th as we plan to share the list with HL7 International by August 12th.
