As you know, DICOM is being graciously hosted by the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at Mahidol University. See the dates and times below.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

The host has identified a nice well-located hotel, The Chatrium, and arranged for a good discount for DICOM attendees (3,500 Baht/~98 Euro, includes breakfast). While there is not a deadline for booking or a requirement to stay at this location, the host asks that we please strongly consider staying at this here as it will be easier for them to arrange our transportation to the meeting and other venues.
They also ask that we book as soon as we can as doing so will be helpful to the host and to the hotel to get a headcount for their budgeting and other activities.

The Chatrium provides the following reservation methods for the participants of DICOM 2019.

SCHEDULE:
Monday 30 SEPT: DICOM WG-10 Strategic, 0900 – 1600 local time
 Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided
Tuesday 1 OCT: DICOM WG-29, ECO, 0900 – 1600 local time
 Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided
Wednesday 2 OCT: DICOM Standard Committee, 0900 – 1600 local time
 Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided
Thursday & Friday, 3-4 OCT: DICOM Educational Conference, 0900 – 1700 local time
 The host will collect a fee to cover the cost of the conference. The details are still being finalized, but estimated cost for both days is $130USD, to include breaks and lunch. More info to come.
Please note that the DICOM Thailand Education Conference program is still being developed. We will distribute it when it is finalized.
