Learn more about the work that Infoway is supporting across the country to improve patient care in the priority areas of Medication Safety at Transitions of Care, e-Prescribing, Immunization and Coordination of Care by focusing on new approaches to clinician engagement, collaboration and the collaborative development of re-usable technical components. The example of immunization shows how this approach is bringing together a broad range of stakeholders, from clinicians to software vendors, to work together to improve the way immunization information is shared between clinicians, patients and their family members. Projects in Ontario and British Columbia demonstrate how they are engaging and using this work to enhance their immunization efforts.
