LOINC version 2.66 is now available for download from the LOINC website.

In short, here are a few highlights:

2,117 new terms since version 2.65
Updates to 4,150 terms

In addition the LOINC FHIR Terminology Services API was updated with the latest content. The server currently supports CodeSystem, ValueSet, and ConceptMap resources. You can read more at: https://loinc.org/fhir/
