Pan-Canadian Laboratory Observation Code Database (pCLOCD)

The pan-Canadian LOINC® Observation Code Database (pCLOCD) is a terminology that is based on the Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC) standard and supports the coding of observations with a significant focus on the laboratory domain.

The pCLOCD standard is published twice a year - once in January and once in July.

Requests for changes to this standard must be made by email to the Standards Collaborative Infodesk using a set format and template.

We recommend that you read the pCLOCD maintenance documentation before submitting a request for change for this standard.
